Giving to OPC OPCMusic strives to provide and maintain excellence in music education and performance for the people of the Oakland and the greater East Bay. OPC is grateful to the Echo Fund, The Clorox Foundation, the Cultural Affairs Department of the City of Oakland and numerous individual donors and volunteers for providing funding and other support for the Preparatory Studies in Music program, The Rockin' and Rollin' Summer Camp, Community Open House events, concerts, and start-up operations. Access to Music Fund free music education for youth The Access to Music Fund of the Oakland Public Conservatory of Music seeks to provide free music instruction and instruments for children of Oakland, CA.
